Cancellation Policy
If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify at least 48 hours in advance in order to avoid 50% charge of service.
Non-Refundable deposit of $25 is required, at the moment your appointment is booked. Deposit is used towards your total amount.
Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and will result in additional charge of $10 after 10 minutes, anything after 15 minutes will be cancelled and results in a lost deposit. No call no shows will be blocked indefinitely.
For purposes of safety and sanitation, we cannot allow additonal guest or children. Unless formally discussed and agreed on.
